Flower Supply Assistent (English and Polish)

You will be responsible for ensuring that our production team receives the right flowers at the right time, acting as the crucial link between our purchasing team, suppliers, and the production floor. You will work closely with the intake supervisor and quality controllers.

Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

• Handling the incoming flow of fresh flowers in collaboration with the Intake team, Supply Chain, and Buying team.
• Digitally counting and recording the types of flowers coming in to maintain accurate stock information.
• Physically distributing flower stems to the correct design in the cold room, preparing them for production.
• When necessary, picking up flowers from growers or the auction to ensure timely production.
• Continuously participating in the intake process alongside the team.
